This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
– The product is significantly different from the description provided.
– The product is defective or corrupted upon download.
2. Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
3. Upgrading to Secret Weapon PLR monthly membership: If you upgrade to the monthly membership in the next 7 days, this purchase will be refunded in full if you email us at support@secretweaponplr.com
How to Request a Refund

2. Review Process: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence to validate your claim.
3. Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Products
1. Cancellation: If you have subscribed to any recurring services or memberships, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Refund on Cancellation: If you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. After the first 7 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Discounted Products: Products purchased during sale events or at a discount are non-refundable.
2. Bundle Offers: Products sold as part of a bundle are non-refundable as individual items.
General Conditions
1. Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated by the customer without contacting us first, the customer’s account may be suspended, and any future purchases may be declined.
